Dr. Arunima singh completed her undergraduation from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and Science  and Masters (specialization) at Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research, India. 

Dr. Arunima has done her MD in Rasashastra and Bhaishaijya kalpana. She carries with her 5+ years of professional work experience in Lifestyle / Dietary /  Nutrition consultation and Marma Therapy in India and Europe . She is also a 200 hrs RYT yoga therapist and also faculty with the Art of Living Foundation since 2021.
