Programs and Trainings

Develop your therapist skills, enhance your knowledge about Ayurveda and become a lifestyle mentor with programs and trainings in the presence of Vd Nisha Manikantan, trainer and renown expert in nutrition, health, and well-being.

Marma Therapy Training

In Ayurvedic medicine, marma points are anatomical locations in your body where a concentration of life energy exists. Gentle pressure on the marmas releases the blocks and allows prana, or life energy, to flow to the connecting organs or tissues.

As a Marma therapist, by offering this unique healing technique, you can make a positive impact on the lives of others and help them achieve greater health and well-being.

Wellbeing Mentor Training

The Wellbeing Mentor Training is a training program for health and Ayurveda enthusiasts who want to spread the knowledge of Ayurveda to their community and enjoy the benefits of making healthier choices for themselves, as well as others. After completing this training, you will be able to charge your own Wellbeing workshops.

It compliments the ACE affiliate program, which started with a vision to create a healthy community of Ayurveda enthusiasts in Europe.
