Why is Ayurveda good for me?

Ayurveda is working on the root causes of a problem (it could be for example nutrition, lifestyle, fitness issues, stress and other as well as a combination of causes) and it considers many other factors in its recommendations. Although Ayurveda is a natural science that originated in India, nowadays it is used worldwide as a dependable, holistic, and alternative solution for many people, also recognised by the World Health Organisation as a traditional medicine system and one of the most effective systems of holistic wellness. It is a natural science looking for prevention of disease by maintaining a healthy lifestyle beyond just the physical level: it includes mental and emotional health, lifestyle, habits, routines, and much more.

Are Ayurvedic products safe, can they cause any side effects?

Ayurveda is safe when the guidelines of nutrition, lifestyle and supplements are utilised by a person under strict guidance of a qualified expert under specific health requirements.

Our customers should be aware that Ayurveda has a very different approach as compared to modern medical science. Hence certain aspects may differ from Western knowledge. Please note that, due to European laws and regulations, not all applications of our products may be listed on our website. Information about the health effects of products should be separated from the promotion of products. Also many aspects of Ayurveda are based on principles and perspectives that differ from allopathic Western medical science.


What is in the supplements, are they safe to take with my other medication?

The supplements available in Europe are based on whole herbs and safe for human consumption. They can be taken with most other medications except in a few conditions for which the expert will guide you when needed.

Can I just order supplements without the guidelines of an Ayurveda expert?

According to Ayurveda, it’s important to address the root cause of the problem. It could be nutrition, lifestyle, fitness issues, stress and others.

So the solution is not only taking supplements but working towards neutralising root causes of a problem. That is why we strongly recommend a consultation with our experts who will help you find the root cause and then offer a holistic solution which includes much more than just taking supplements.


Where can I see my sales receipt?

You will receive a receipt with your delivery, but if you would like an official sales receipt, please write to us at and we will send it to you.

What is the refund policy?

If you would like to return a product, please contact us at BEFORE you ship the product to us. Our team will guide you where to ship the products you would like to return. After we have received the products, we will initiate the refund.

To which countries do you ship?

For now we are only shipping to European countries. If your country is not on our list, please contact us at and we will see if we can still ship you the products you want. For non-Eu countries: please note that price and shipping fees do not include special import taxes.

My order didn’t come.

If your parcel was not picked up or a wrong address was provided, it can be shipped again for an additional fee. The order can also be cancelled but the original shipping price will still be charged, with an admin fee, which is 20% of the total value of the product.

The supplements or products I need are not available on the website.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Go to the website and select the products and/or services you would like to buy and add them in the shopping cart. Once you have selected all products/services, proceed to checkout. Here, in addition to your personal details, you will find an empty field where you will copy your discount code AND click on “Apply”. The price will be reduced based on your discount code value.

Kindly note that, if you have two or more codes, you can use them only for separate orders.

My discount code didn’t work and I paid full price.

How can I book a personal consultation?

Sri Sri Tattva offers the possibility of consultations in multiple languages and locations. Currently we offer in-person and online appointments. To book a consultation with one of our experts, please write to our customer support at and we will help you book your appointment.

What can I expect from an Ayurvedic consultation?

During a consultation, the Ayurveda consultant will talk to you about your food habits, lifestyle habits, present complaints, details of any signs and symptoms or disturbances, previous medical history, stress management and other relevant details, to make an assessment of your current health status. Then you will receive personalised instructions for your specific health conditions. Our Ayurveda consultant will take care of all your concerns and give you the best possible treatment.

How can I reach my Ayurveda consultant if I have questions after the consultation?

After a consultation you will receive instructions via email. If you still have questions or need to contact your consultant again, please write to our customer support at

After completing the suggested instructions, diet and lifestyle plan, we recommend you book a follow up appointment with your Ayurveda consultant. It is best to have regular consultations, which will also take less time compared to your first time appointment.

Ayurveda is a natural science based on specific habits and diets, so we recommend that you have regular follow ups with your consultant. Your followup appointments will also have a price reduction.


What online workshops do you offer?

We offer a range of workshops that are regularly announced and updated on our website.

Are the workshops recorded and can I get the recording?

Some of our workshops are live, while others are pre recorded. You can see the type of workshop in the description.

Live workshops are not always recorded. In case you were not able to attend or would like to get a recording, contact our customer service for more information about that specific workshop. Pre-recorded workshops stay available for a longer time, so you can do them at your own time and pace.

Can I record the workshop?

You will get all the information you need during the workshop and the points of the workshop will be repeated and accompanied with written documents. If you have any other need or reason to record a workshop, please contact our customer support at before attending the program. Unauthorised recording is not allowed.

What if I have questions after the workshop, who can I contact?

You will be properly informed on everything and you can ask questions during the workshop, but if you have concerns afterwards, you are very welcome to write to our customer support.

I registered for a workshop but am not able to attend.

If you are registered and not able to attend a workshop, please let our customer support team know at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop and they will provide you with options.
