Sri Sri Tattva’s Neti Pot is a plastic pot that looks like a cross between a small teapot and Aladdin's magic lamp. A Neti pot can be recommended for removing any kind of crusting in the nasal passage and to alleviate nasal congestion.

Neti Pot has been used in Yoga and Ayurveda for many years as a cleansing tool. 

How to use it? Add a small spoon of salt and dissolve it in lukewarm water, pour the water into one nostril and let it run out through the other and vice versa.
