Ayurvedisches Rezept: Schneller Heidelbeerkuchen

Today we are sharing an easy-to-prepare recipe for a blueberry cake. This healthy dessert recipe includes our own Quin Bites to make it taste even more delicious! 

This dessert is sugar free and vegan, and you can make it for your family or friends with utmost confidence that they will love it and ask for more!

Quick blueberry cake (without baking)

Time required: 30 minutes

 

Zutaten:

  • 1 teaspoon of ghee

  • 10 Quin-Häppchen

  • 2 bananas

  • 125g blueberries

  • 1 can of coconut milk (cooled)

  • ½ teaspoon vegan cream stabilizer

 

Preparation:

Evenly grease the cake pan with ghee. Distribute the Quin Bite bars evenly through the cake pan. Use a rolling pin to help you create an even base for the cake. Peel the bananas, slice them and place them on the Quin Bite layer. Sprinkle the blueberries over it.

The best way to beat the coconut milk is in a food processor with a whisk and then brush on the fruit. Decorate as desired.

Alternatively, oil can be used instead of ghee, so the cake is 100% vegan.
