The Pitta Balance Ritual

When the seasons can’t make up their mind, neither can your gut or skin. One day’s warmth can spark excess heat, the next day’s chill leaves digestion sluggish and skin reactive. Ayurveda recognises this as a Pitta imbalance — too much internal fire causing acidity, inflammation, and restlessness.

This ritual brings together three classical treasures to restore harmony:

Amlapittari Vati – Cools acidity and soothes the digestive tract.

Amla Tablets – Naturally cooling and rich in antioxidants.

Amruth (Giloy) – Tempers inflammation, fortifies immunity, and nourishes vitality.

Taken together, they create a cooling, cleansing, and protective synergy — helping you feel steady, clear, and comfortable, whatever the weather brings.

Benefits

Experience the power of authentic Ayurvedic products.

Soothes Inflammatory Responses
Amruth (Giloy) is valued in Ayurveda for its ability to balance aggravated Pitta and support a healthy inflammatory response, keeping both gut and skin at ease.
Supports Healthy Digestion
Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is naturally cooling and rich in antioxidants, helping to maintain balanced digestion without aggravating Pitta.
Cools Excess Heat
In Ayurveda, excess Pitta can show up as acidity, skin irritation, or a restless mind. Amlapittari Vati’s traditional herbs help to gently reduce this inner heat, promoting comfort and calm in the digestive tract.
Builds Resilience
By supporting the digestive system and reducing excess heat, the body can better adapt to sudden changes in temperature, diet, or routine.
Promotes Overall Vitality
This ritual’s cooling, cleansing, and protective actions together help maintain steady energy levels and a feeling of lightness throughout the day.

Product Description

Amlapittari Vati

Amlapittari Vati is a traditional Ayurvedic formula made from a carefully chosen mix of herbs that work together to support healthy digestion. It’s especially valued for its ability to balance the Pitta dosha, which plays a key role in digestion and metabolism.

Triphala Churna

The main component of Triphala Churna is amla, which is also known as Indian gooseberry. This berry-like fruit is green in colour and is sour in taste. It can be eaten either raw or in the form of pickles and is famous in Indian households. Triphala is composed of  Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). Triphala Churna is one of our leading products.

Amruth (Giloy) Tablets

Amruth, also known as Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), is one of Ayurveda’s most celebrated rejuvenating herbs—its name literally means “nectar” or “immortal.”

Classified as a Rasayana in Ayurvedic texts, Amruth is traditionally used to support immunity, longevity, and vitality. It is a tridoshic herb, meaning it is considered balancing for Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—a rare and powerful quality.

Crafted with care, Sri Sri Tattva's Amruth Tablets deliver this time-tested herb in a convenient daily dose, helping you align with nature’s rhythm—calm, clear, and resilient.
