It is a powerful rejuvenator, helps balance stomach acids and promotes the absorption of food.It is a famous sour berry in India that is usually eaten in the pickled form, candied form or in the form of juice. With 17 times more Vit C than orange, Amla deserves its fair share of fame in the world of Ayurveda.
Amla derives its name from the Sanskrit word “amlaki” which means nectar of life. Amla Tablets are highly beneficial to the human body according to Ayurveda and is known to balance the tri-doshas.
