We're offering a 2.5 day Selfcare with Ayurveda Workshop, a practical introduction to Ayurvedic daily routines that support your body, mind, and nervous system naturally.
Dinacharya means "daily routine" in Ayurveda — simple habits that help you feel more grounded, energized, and calm throughout the day.
What You'll Learn:
• How to start and end your day in a healthy, calming way
• Simple morning and evening routines you can easily use at home
• How digestion, sleep, and daily timing affect your energy and wellbeing
• Gentle yoga, breathing, relaxation, and guided meditation explained step by step
• Self-care practices like simple self-massage
No experience needed. Everything is clearly explained, guided slowly, and adapted so everyone can participate — even if you've never done yoga or meditation before.
You'll Be Guided By:
• Vaidya Arvind – Ayurvedic expert and main teacher (English)
• Margit Gilliot – Assistant teacher & participant support (German, French & English)
