More Balance and Energy in Everyday Life

Ayurveda · Lifestyle · Yoga · Breathwork & Meditation

Timeless wisdom meets modern living. Discover simple, practical ways to support your wellbeing through nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management, complemented by yoga, breathing techniques and meditation.

Introduction

How can we shape our daily lives to keep body and mind in balance and feel more comfortable, energised and relaxed?

The introductory session offers an insight into the key topics of the workshop: Ayurveda and individual constitution (Vata, Pitta and Kapha), the body clock, nutrition, and important aspects of a healthy lifestyle, including movement, sleep, gut health and stress.

The session is rounded off with simple physical exercises for the shoulders, head and face, a breathing exercise and a short guided meditation.

The introductory session can be attended independently of the workshop and also offers a first glimpse into the content of the more in-depth programme.

Workshop: More Balance and Energy in Everyday Life

Ayurveda · Lifestyle · Breathwork & Meditation

In this practical workshop, we combine timeless Ayurvedic and Vedic wisdom with the demands of modern life. The focus is on a holistic approach that considers body, mind and inner balance equally.

You’ll discover how small, realistic changes in different areas of life can help bring more wellbeing, energy and balance into your everyday routine.

Workshop Topics

Ayurveda & Your Individual Balance

Explore the foundations of Ayurveda, the three doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha (VPK), the importance of your individual constitution, and the Ayurvedic body clock. We’ll also look at nutrition and simple ways to support the body’s natural processes of cleansing and renewal.

Lifestyle & Healthy Habits

What does our body really need in everyday life? We’ll explore movement and walking, sleep, gut health and stress, looking at how to integrate health-supporting habits into daily life in simple and sustainable ways.

Yoga & Relaxation

Two short, simple yoga sessions combine gentle yoga postures with a brief Yoga Nidra practice (the yogic sleep). The exercises are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of previous experience, and easy to incorporate into everyday life.

Breathwork & Mudras

We’ll learn some simple breathing techniques and mudras, discovering how they can help us consciously settle down, activate our energy and positively influence our state of mind and body.

Meditation

Guided meditations invite you to pause, relax the mind and experience the effects of the practical exercises directly.

Knowledge You Can Apply in Everyday Life

Timeless wisdom from Ayurveda and yoga, explained clearly and adapted to the demands of modern, fast-paced living.

The workshop combines understanding with experience. Alongside the theoretical foundations, practical application plays a central role. You’ll gain simple insights and tools that can be integrated into your everyday life without significant effort.

Timeless wisdom · Practical exercises · Everyday inspiration — for more balance and energy in daily life.

Workshop Facilitator: Annett Donath

Ayurveda Manager & Breathwork and Meditation Trainer

Annett has been practising yoga for over 15 years and has been deeply involved in Ayurveda for around 10 years. She has gained much of her Ayurvedic knowledge through close collaboration with experienced traditional Vaidyas and Ayurveda experts from India, as part of various courses and projects.

For this workshop, she received training from Vaidya Nisha Manikantan, an experienced Ayurvedic physician, teacher and international speaker.

As the Manager of Sri Sri Tattva Ayurveda, Annett is passionate about making authentic Ayurveda accessible, understandable and practical for everyday life. She manages the Ayurveda Centre in Bad Antogast, Oppenau, in Germany’s Black Forest.

She is also a certified breathwork and meditation trainer with Art of Living.

In this workshop, she brings together her knowledge and practical experience of Ayurveda, yoga, breathwork and meditation, offering simple, everyday approaches to greater balance, energy and wellbeing.

The connection between these disciplines is particularly close to her heart — as a holistic approach to greater balance, inner strength and joy in life.
