During your consultation with our Ayurveda expert, you can both discuss which of the two programme options suits you better: the Panchakarma Retreat or the Ayurveda Wellness Week.

Retreat Highlights

• All-inclusive Ayurveda treatment package, customized to your dosha constitution, health issues and imbalances; 

• Ayurvedic treatments: Abhyanga, Swedana, Shirodhara, Marma (individually selected by our Ayurvedic expert and according to your health requirements and potential imbalances);

• Guided relaxation sessions;

• Light vegetarian ayurvedic meals designed to support the detoxification process;

• Individual approach based on your current health situation: Ayurvedic consultations before (online), on arrival day and at the end of the program (with detailed home instructions);

• Ayurvedic herbal supplements (during the program);

• Group sessions in the evening.

Yoga and Meditation Retreat Center, Bad Antogast (Oppenau), Germany.

The Center is located amidst the Black Forest, surrounded by untouched nature and silence.

Arrival and Departure:

Arrival on the 1st day of the program (check in between 14.00h - 17.00h).

Departure on the last day of the program (check out 10.00h).

If you would like to pay in installments, contact our team at info@srisritattva.eu and we will make a payment plan together with you. In order to reserve your spot, there is an immediate first installment fee of 500€.

Cancellation policy: 

In case of cancellations up to 7 days prior to the arrival day, we will refund the whole fee paid, excluding a 10% processing fee. If you cancel your booking at less than 7 days notice, we will unfortunately have to charge you 100% fee.
